We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Expert
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, optimizing freelance profiles, managing client communications, and scaling business leads across multiple platforms. You will serve as the key bridge between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution while driving long-term client relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) to maximize visibility and lead generation.
  • Proactively bid on projects, prepare and send tailored proposals, and follow up with potential clients.
  • Conduct LinkedIn and other platform-based business searches to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage and maintain communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-up and relationship building.
  • Bridge information between clients and internal departments (development, design, marketing, etc.) to ensure project alignment.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase business volume and expand the client base.
  • Maintain a consistent turnaround time for proposals, responses, and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to refine strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is MUST.
  • Basic understanding of IT services including Web Development, Mobile Apps, Design, and Digital Marketing is MUST.
  • Prior experience in bidding and client acquisition on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn or Freelancer is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Proactive and target-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
