About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage our digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  2. Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  3. Campaign Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing their ROI and KPIs to inform future optimization efforts.
  4. Trend Identification and Optimization: Identify trends and insights, using data-driven decision making to optimize spend and campaign performance.
  5. Innovation and Experimentation: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Collaboration and User Experience: Work closely with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, ensuring seamless interactions across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  7. Conversion Point Instrumentation: Utilize analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences, instrument conversion points, and optimize user funnels for maximum impact.
  8. Agency Collaboration and Emerging Technologies: Collaborate with external agencies and vendor partners to leverage emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on adoption and implementation.
Requirements and Skills
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
  2. Professional Experience: Proven experience leading and managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising.
  3. Creativity and Analytical Skills: Highly creative individuals with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  4. Landing Page Optimization: Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels for improved conversions.
