Senior Full Stack PHP Developer Wanted

MWAN Mobile is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack PHP/Laravel Developer to lead the development of our IT systems, designing, developing, and installing software solutions in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and hands-on experience in developing cutting-edge web-based applications using PHP/Laravel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain advanced web-based applications on portal plus premium service platforms.
  • Create innovative applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business needs, following the software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate analysis and problem definition to determine operational feasibility and recommend solutions.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions through clear documentation, code comments, and flowcharts.
  • Develop and install solutions by determining system specifications, standards, and programming requirements.
  • Improve operations by analyzing systems and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Protect company information by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to software engineers and developers.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a PHP/Laravel developer.
  • Experience in building CRM, HRM, E-commerce, and Management Systems using PHP/Laravel.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design patterns, and coding standards.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design, and software testing.
  • Expertise in Node.JS and utilization of backend data services.
  • Ability to lead the entire web application development life cycle from concept to delivery.
  • Effective communication skills to convey progress, evaluations, and technical issues to the team.
  • Knowledge of new trends and best practices in web development.
