Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced social media content specialist to develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy & Creation
    • Develop content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, focusing on creating engaging long-form, short-form, and reels content tailored for different platforms.
    • Create compelling content that drives engagement and amplifies our online presence.
    • Collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality graphics, visuals, and videos.
  • Paid Media & Growth
    • Plan and run Meta Ads campaigns to drive measurable results and amplify our organic growth.
    • Optimize paid and organic synergy for maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Community & Partnerships
    • Manage outreach campaigns to onboard influencers, creators, and collaborators.
    • Build strong relationships with online communities and maintain a robust engagement pipeline.
  • Social Media Management
    • Oversee posting calendars, manage scheduling tools, and track engagement metrics.
    • Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and optimize our content strategy.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Use platform analytics, Google Analytics, and social media insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or content strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with Meta Ads campaign management.
  • Proven ability to create and manage content across formats.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with designers, developers, and leadership teams.
