We are seeking a
creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist
to manage our presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, running ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and growing our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare monthly reports on performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Track social media trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm updates to keep content fresh.
  • Manage social listening, reputation, and online brand presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Handle customer queries and feedback professionally across digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent content writing, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and social listening tools (e.g., Mention, Brandwatch) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
