Infor M3 Finance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver remote training sessions on Infor M3 Finance. As a knowledgeable consultant, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting virtual training sessions, guiding participants through key financial processes in Infor M3, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured remote training sessions on Infor M3 Finance.
  • Customize training approach based on audience level (end-users, key users, or finance teams).
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations within Infor M3 Finance modules.
  • Answer questions, provide real-world examples, and clarify complex financial functionalities.
  • Develop or refine training materials, including presentations, exercises, and job aids.
  • Assess participant understanding through Q&A, scenarios, and knowledge checks.
  • Offer post-training support or follow-up sessions if required.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Infor M3 Finance Consultant or Trainer.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and ERP workflows.
  • Prior experience conducting remote or onsite ERP training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical functionality into business use cases.
  • Comfortable using screen-sharing, conferencing, and virtual collaboration tools.
