Remote Finance Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable finance professional to deliver structured remote training sessions on Infor M3 Financial Modules.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes and ERP workflows, with prior experience conducting remote or onsite ERP training. They should be able to translate technical functionality into business use cases and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured remote training sessions on Infor M3 Financial Modules.
  • Customize training approach based on audience level.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations within Infor M3 Financial Modules.
  • Answer questions, provide real-world examples, and clarify complex financial functionalities.
  • Develop or refine training materials, including presentations, exercises, and job aids.
  • Assess participant understanding through Q&A, scenarios, and knowledge checks.
  • Offer post-training support or follow-up sessions if required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Infor M3 Finance Consultant or Trainer.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and ERP workflows.
  • Prior experience conducting remote or onsite ERP training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical functionality into business use cases.
