Job Title: Service Agreement Coordinator

About the Role:

This is a key position responsible for registering service agreements presented by manufacturers to partners and managing registration changes requested by clients and partners.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Compensate managers, account executives, and salespeople engaged in service registration/activation.
  2. Resolve discrepancies in registrations; coordinate registration summaries and distribute fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.
  3. Ensure contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or approved business practices.
  4. Proactively manage customer information including additions, moves, and changes within the registration and asset database.
  5. Retrieve registration confirmations from vendors.
  6. Resolve inconsistencies of registration data from vendors/manufacturers, such as erroneous serial numbers, part numbers, purchase dates, and customer contact details.
  7. Gather missing information from sales reps and internal departments, including part numbers to be registered, end-user contact information, serial numbers, and reference orders for hardware or warranty.
  8. Suggest sales reps to generate RMA (Return Material) for incompatible warranty part numbers being ordered, providing them with compatible warranty part numbers for hardware.
  9. Compensate managers and salespeople engaged in service renewal.
  10. Resolve discrepancies in contracts; coordinate contract summaries and distribute fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.
  11. Coordinate the renewal and extension of expiring agreements/contracts.
  12. Develop the scope and specifications for professional services and other engagements.
  13. Proactively manage customer information including additions, moves, and changes within the contract and asset database.
  14. Draft and negotiate service agreements/contracts with partners and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills are required.
  • Excellent knowledge in computer hardware & software applications.
  • Teamwork and motivational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with software licensing, Microsoft software, Adobe software, and latest hardware in computers.
