We are seeking a highly skilled contract administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts from inception to closure.

This individual will draft, negotiate, and administer different types of moderately complex contracts and amendments based on an advanced understanding of contract administration procedures, structure, and guidelines.

  • Communicate company policies and positions related to contracts with internal and external parties.">

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Political Science, or a related field and 5+ years of contract administration professional experience.">
  • The ability to meet strict and often challenging deadlines.">
  • A comfort level working as part of a multicultural team.">

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience working on strategic sourcing deals in a large organization.">

About the Role

">

As a contract management professional, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating contracts to securing approvals and communicating company policies.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that all contracts are administered in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
