Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Professional to manage the full contract lifecycle from inception through closure.

This individual will draft, negotiate, and administer moderately complex contracts and amendments based on an advanced understanding of contract administration procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract planning requirements, negotiations, and fulfillment of obligations.
  • Draft and negotiate legal terms with suppliers.
  • Secure necessary approvals from internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or related field and 5+ years of Contract Administration experience.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work comfortably in a multicultural team.
