Job Description

The role of Sustainability Reporting Specialist is crucial in helping organizations effectively communicate their sustainability performance to stakeholders. This position involves conducting research on various topics related to sustainability reporting, including its environmental, social, and economic impacts.

  • Research relevant topics and develop educational materials, e-learnings, and guidelines on sustainability reporting practices.
  • Evaluate the quality and accuracy of information sources to ensure guidance and educational content are well-supported and aligned with authoritative references.
  • Analyze a wide range of data related to the effects of organizations on the environment, people, and the economy.
  • Identify and retrieve relevant information from databases, secondary sources, and corporate reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand research needs and adapt methodologies accordingly.
  • Maintain proactive communication with industry stakeholders and other relevant parties.
  • Analyze qualitative feedback from expert consultations and stakeholder engagements.
  • Present findings to specific audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  • Compile and analyze global sustainability reporting practices.
  • Develop high-quality written materials, including presentations, briefing documents, and program proposals.
Requirements
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 02 years of PQE or a Master's Degree with at least 04 years of experience in Sustainability Reporting.
Skills Required
  • Good knowledge of internationally adopted sustainability reporting standards.
  • Understanding of current trends in sustainability/ESG reporting issues for diverse businesses and ability to propose solutions.
