Job Description

This is a product leadership role that involves developing and launching new products that meet market trends and consumer needs. This involves close collaboration with our R&D, marketing, and sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing products.
  • Gather customer and market requirements to ensure product success.
  • Work closely with our R&D teams to develop innovative products aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on market feedback.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and timely launches.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and align them with business objectives.
  • Experience in market research and product positioning.
