Product Leadership Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive product development and innovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of products and features that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Product Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Engage daily with engineering and design teams to set strategy, clarify requirements, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
  • User Research and Testing: Organize and participate in user research sessions and usability testing to gather insights and validate product features.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the product.
  • Stakeholder Updates: Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and upcoming priorities, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Requirements
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, uncovering root cause and guiding product development.
  • Visionary Leadership: Ability to articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals, inspiring cross-functional teams to work towards achieving it.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure success, and iterate on product features.
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong skills in collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams, and effectively communicating product goals, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of the technical aspects of product development, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed decision-making.
  • Agile Methodology Expertise: Experience in working within agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage product backlogs and plan sprints.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify root cause problems, formulate real problem statements, and address product challenges creatively and efficiently.
