Backend Developer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend applications using Python and Django.

  • Crafting scalable server-side applications that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Designing and implementing RESTful APIs to support front-end development and integration.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities.
  • Managing database design and data storage solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Optimizing applications for speed and scalability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to ensure high-quality code.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging applications to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer, specifically with Python and Django.
  • Strong understanding of web services and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Ability to write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
