The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a deep understanding of software development methodologies. They will be able to analyze functional and non-functional requirements, determine the testing scope, and create test plans. Additionally, they will be responsible for establishing and contributing to the creation of QA documentation, performing functional and non-functional testing, and providing recommendations for improvements.

A successful candidate will have hands-on experience with requirements analysis, configuration management, and agile methodologies.
