We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Hive-health team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product across both web and mobile platforms. Your focus will be on catching bugs before users do and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and product managers to uphold our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to understand application functionality and ensure optimal test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools.
  • Ensure releases meet stringent quality standards through smoke and sanity testing.
  • Create and maintain automated tests.
  • Maintain QA environments and manage test data.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and documentation.

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance (web and mobile).
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks for both frontend and backend testing.
  • Familiarity with APIs and tools like Postman for API testing.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Must-Have:

  • Experience testing Flutter-based mobile applications.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Experience in performance and load testing.
  • Understanding of AWS services (for staging/test environments).
