Our company is looking for a skilled SQA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our products.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging systems, and defining corrective actions. They will also be expected to review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Create automation scripts using open-source tools.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • Solid knowledge of MongoDB and scripting.
  • Solid knowledge of STLC.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
