Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our talent acquisition and development efforts. This pivotal role demands a unique blend of leadership, creativity, and operational expertise to drive forward our talent agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to meet current and future staffing needs, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  2. Recruitment Process Leadership: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from identifying high-potential candidates to creating job descriptions that reflect our values and objectives.
  3. Innovative Sourcing Techniques: Implement cutting-edge strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  4. Collaboration and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with department heads, external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pipelines to ensure a steady supply of top-tier talent.
  5. Talent Management Programs: Design and implement programs to identify, develop, and retain top performers, including career development frameworks, succession plans, and learning opportunities.
  6. Employee Engagement Initiatives: Develop and manage initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention, providing regular reports and insights on talent metrics and hiring trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree and Certification in HR are highly desirable.
  2. Proven Experience: 10-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles, demonstrating exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  3. Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed talent decisions, leveraging HRIS, ATS, and other HR technologies.
