Job Title

The Warehouse Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of raw and packing materials management within our organization.

This position oversees the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials for the manufacture of quality products while maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines and requirements.

A key responsibility is to ensure that all functional areas have the necessary resources, training, and information to meet departmental and business objectives.

Regulatory compliance related to controlled substances, hazardous materials, GWP, GMP, and housekeeping matters are also crucial aspects of this role.

Collaboration with department managers is essential in assisting with site budget preparation and ensuring activities comply with SOPs, cGMPs, production schedules, safety, environmental requirements, and facility policies.

Supervisory experience is required, and the ability to work outside of routine hours as necessary is essential.

Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in a management field
  • 5-7 years of experience in inventory planning, materials management, inventory control, and warehousing
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Raw Material Warehouse, Packing Material Warehouse, and Finished Goods Warehouse through respective store incharges
  • Comprehensive materials management and planning using ERP-based software
