Operational Management Position

The primary objective of this position is to oversee personnel, processes, equipment, and procedures necessary for the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw and packing materials.
This includes ensuring the functional area has the necessary resources, training, and information to meet departmental and business objectives.
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for regulatory compliance related to receipt, storage, handling, and transportation of controlled substances, hazardous materials, GWP, and GMP matters.
Prior supervisory experience is required, and the ability to work outside of routine hours as necessary in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing efficient inventory management strategies.
Supervising warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Ensuring comprehensive materials management and planning using ERP-based software.
Required Qualifications:
A BS/MS degree in a management field with 5-7 years of experience in inventory planning, materials management, and warehousing.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise warehouse operations.
