The Aga Khan University Hospital's Department of Anaesthesia is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team as an Analyst, Operating Room. As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing reports and trends of indicators, performing statistical analysis, and preparing performance reports area-wise.
You will also be tasked with meeting consultants to ensure their satisfaction, following up on complaints, and providing timely feedback about issues to the Business Manager or designee. Additionally, you will effectively coordinate with all support services, work closely with the Business Manager to ensure patient satisfaction, and maintain appropriate service standards at all levels.
This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Master's in a related area, and 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in an operating room setting.
