Main Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions for Sybrid/Field service staff on key industry trends, product launches, and company announcements.
- Coordinate in-house surveys and product testing at the factory, leveraging expertise from external agencies where necessary.
- Verify the accuracy of reports generated from external sources and contribute to the development of tailored reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Statistics.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics, or market research operations.
