Sr. Graphic Designer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Sr. Graphic Designer. This is an excellent opportunity to bring creative concepts to life and work on diverse projects.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering visuals for various platforms, including digital media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Your goal will be to create high-quality visuals that meet the highest standards of quality, brand identity, and creativity.

Responsibilities:
  1. Visual Design: Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital platforms, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality, brand identity, and creativity.
  2. Brand Guidelines: Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content.
  3. Print Materials: Design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to understand visual requirements and produce designs that align with the brand's goals.
  5. Employer Branding: Work closely with on/offshore teams and propose employer branding solutions.
  6. Video Content: Edit raw footage into polished video content for corporate videos, social media posts, YouTube channels, and other multimedia projects.
  7. Storyboarding: Work with scripts and storyboards to create engaging video content from concept to final product.
  8. Design Review: Revise and improve designs based on feedback to ensure final products align with project goals.
  9. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep designs creative and innovative.
  10. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic designing.
  3. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  4. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across mediums.
  5. Color Theory: Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
  6. Motion Graphics: Familiarity with other motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
  7. Creative Direction: Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively.
  8. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  9. Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Leadership: Ability to guide Jr. Graphic Designers.
