We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst to support our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agile methodologies and documentation practices, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  2. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as Business Canvas Models, BPMs, User Stories, and other relevant artifacts in an agile environment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are thoroughly understood and delivered effectively.
  4. Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and provide continuous support throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and DevOps for tracking project progress and managing tasks efficiently.
  6. Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and priorities, driving successful outcomes.
  7. Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and clarity at all times.
  8. Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the team and organization, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  2. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  3. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, ideally across multiple industries.
  4. In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and terminology, with a strong focus on practical application.
  5. Experience with agile documentation practices, including Business Canvas Models, BPMs, and User Stories, is highly desirable.
  6. Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and DevOps, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  8. Cross-industry experience is preferred, but not required.
  9. Relevant certifications in business analysis or agile methodologies, such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master, are a plus.
