About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to drive business expansion by identifying and securing new opportunities, building strong relationships with international clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base, leveraging market trends and competitors to inform strategies.
- Clients Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors, using this knowledge to inform strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals, continuously improving sales strategies and tactics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably with international clients).
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong grip on the English language (both written and spoken), proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve goals.
