Sales Growth Strategist

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to lead our sales expansion efforts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives sustainable financial growth. Your primary goal will be to identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential market gaps.
  • Business Development: Arrange meetings with prospective clients, promote our products/services, and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Team Development: Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and Google Workspace.
  • BS/MBA in Business Administration or a related field.
