Sitecore Developer Role Summary

  • Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sitecore developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining enterprise-level digital solutions using Sitecore.

As a Sitecore developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and develop technical specifications based on functional requirements.

You will deliver effective product demonstrations to potential customers and create high-quality, scalable, and performant components of the technical solution.

In addition, you will work closely with teammates to design and develop customer-centric applications and components.

You will also be responsible for performing thorough testing according to a test plan and documenting results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with team members to identify problems and develop technical specifications based on functional requirements.
  2. Deliver effective product demonstrations to potential customers.
  3. Create high-quality, scalable, and performant components of the technical solution.
  4. Work closely with teammates to design and develop customer-centric applications and components.
  5. Perform thorough testing according to a test plan and document results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in Sitecore 9, 10 XP/XM/SXA/Headless JSS, as well as good knowledge of Sitecore CMS, Visual Studio, TFS, and at least one .NET language (C#, ASP.NET).

You should also have a deep understanding of web protocols, architecture, infrastructure, servers (IIS), proxies, load balancing, high availability, and databases.

Familiarity with modern patterns and practices, including unit testing, inversion of control, repository, MVC, and continuous integration is also required.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience in software development and maintenance, as well as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
