Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at our Lahore location. This role involves engaging with our online community across social media platforms, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner, and assisting in creating and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, and community forums.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and be passionate about social media, content creation, and customer engagement. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our online community across social media platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, and community forums
  • Monitor trends, mentions, and feedback to improve community satisfaction and engagement
  • Support planning and executing community campaigns, contests, and virtual/in-person events
  • Collect and report on community feedback and engagement metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
