Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Outreach Manager to lead our outreach efforts in Lahore.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Social Sciences and at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with field staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise community outreach workers
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with local communities on health/HIV issues
  • Cultivate relationships with local stakeholders to promote our mission

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Social Sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with field staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Work Arrangement: Full-time (40 hours/week)
