
Regional Accounts Leader

The Regional Accounts Manager is a key position responsible for overseeing and managing the overall regional accounts activities, including funds flow management, payables process, payroll disbursement, receivables, financial reporting, and financial transactions analysis.
- Manage the overall functions of the Accounts department for the South Region & Online Sales.
- Billing of projects and corporate customers.
- Manage corporate receivables and follow up with the Sales team and customers.
- Finalize expenses budget for the Sales & Marketing division.
- Oversee funds flow management.
- Handle DS&M personal expenses.
- Assist DHOS & DS&M with financial and sales matters.
- Verify sales and Capex cases from other regions before presenting to DS&M.
- Obtain systematic approvals via DS&M SAP ID.
- Manage bank alliances and loyalty programs.
- Oversee payment processing and documentation.
- Manage payroll and final settlements for the South Region.
- Supervise payable activities, vendors, contractors, and employee adjustments in the South Region.
- Qualified ACCA, CA (Finalist), or CMA with a strong background in accounting and financial management.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, including 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Strong understanding of project billing, receivables, payroll, and budgeting.
- Experience managing regional accounts, vendors, and inter-regional financial coordination.
- Familiarity with banking transactions, loyalty programs, and financial governance.
- Excellent coordination skills with leadership and sales teams.
- Ability to lead and supervise regional teams effectively.
