About the Role

The IT&D Manager will be responsible for inspiring a team to deliver excellence in everything they do. As an authentic leader, you will thrive in nurturing talents and moulding strategy to steer our IT & D ambition to new heights.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong partnerships with Global, Area, Regional, and local management teams to ensure projects/procedures align with relevant priorities.
  • Deliver against agreed IT strategy and objectives on time, meeting quality benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the development of the Regional IT strategy and its successful implementation in the country.
  • Effectively manage Country IT budget and ensure delivery and alignment of services provided to business with Regional and Global IT standards.
  • Ensure security protocols protect IT environments from physical and logical intrusion.
  • Provide an environment focused on Business and User needs.
  • Manage external relationships with Vendors to the benefit of the company, including Vendor negotiation, Selection, and Ongoing SLA management.
  • Monitor IT trends, identify potential areas of improvement, manage risks, and highlight benefits.
