Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our project management team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting project management standards, managing various projects and teams, resource planning, task planning, client meetings, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end project success through project planning, estimation, tracking, status reporting, and client communications.
  • Oversee the software development life cycle, infrastructure management, UAT, and training plans for clients and support teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Agile/SCRUM and other project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrate hands-on skills in document creation, proposal writing, process mapping, and training session design.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls with in-house and remote teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Makes important planning and strategy decisions.
  • Reports and escalates concerns or issues to management as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Proven experience managing development teams and projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
