Lead Project Manager

We are looking for a Lead Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple project teams, resources, and timelines to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Your role will involve performing project planning, estimation, tracking, status reporting, client communications, testing, managing project operational parameters, and people management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, infrastructure, and QA teams to deliver projects that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Agile/SCRUM and other project management software development processes. You will be responsible for documenting requirements, preparing proposals, processes, spreadsheets, process maps, training manuals, and audio/video training sessions.

Your role will also involve coordinating meetings and conference calls with in-house and remote teams, clients, and vendors to discuss current projects, new projects, or organizational initiatives. You will make important planning and strategy decisions, report and escalate concerns or issues to management as needed, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
