Clinic Operations Manager
OverviewThe position of Clinic Operations Manager is a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dental clinic. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing clinic staff schedules, patient appointments, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilisation across the clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Manage clinic staff schedules and patient appointments to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Monitor dental equipment, arrange timely repairs, and maintain proper sterilisation procedures
- Oversee inventory management, supplies coordination, and procurement to ensure efficient operation
- Ensure accurate patient record keeping and billing processes are in place
- Conduct regular staff training sessions and team meetings to promote effective communication and teamwork
- Prior experience managing a medical or dental facility is preferred
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of dental materials and procedures is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, lead a team effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
Competitive salary package commensurate with experience
Location: Clifton, Karachi
Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
