Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager and Personal Secretary at a Dental Clinic. The role is on-site and located in Karachi Division. The Social Media Manager/Personal Secretary will manage the clinic's social media presence, develop content strategies, and execute social media optimization (SMO) techniques. Additional responsibilities include writing and creating content for social media platforms, daily communication with existing and potential patients, providing administrative support to the dentist, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth operation of the clinic's front office.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Content Strategy skills
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage and coordinate social media campaigns
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office) and scheduling tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
