Assistant IT Director

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to support our organization's IT infrastructure and operations.

1. IT Infrastructure Management:
2. Ensure optimal performance of hardware, software, networks, and systems by overseeing daily IT operations.
3. Maintain, upgrade, and repair IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.

1. Network and Security Management:
2. Monitor network performance for reliable connectivity across branches and departments.
3. Implement IT security policies, monitor for breaches, and collaborate with security teams to protect sensitive data.

1. Project Management:
2. Plan and execute IT projects aligned with business goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. Ensure timely project completion within budget.

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
2. Provide advanced technical support to end-users and resolve issues promptly.
3. Maintain a knowledge base of technical issues and solutions.

1. Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
2. Cultivate relationships with vendors, service providers, and consultants for quality service.
3. Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.

1. Documentation & Reporting:
2. Maintain documentation of IT processes and configurations.
3. Prepare reports on IT performance, incidents, and project status for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's degree or certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Certified) preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT operations, support, or management; automotive or retail experience beneficial.
• Strong proficiency in network management, system administration, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team leadership, and ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
