Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy for our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Developing and implementing influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with influencers and affiliates to create sponsored content that aligns with our brand's voice and values.
  • Monitoring performance metrics, tracking engagement rates, and adjusting strategies to improve reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborating with our founder and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media captions, engaging newsletter content, and thoughtful influencer outreach.
  • Visual and editing proficiency, with the ability to produce high-quality content using Canva and other design tools.
  • Organizational and planning excellence, with the ability to build and manage content calendars and plan ahead for campaigns.

Employment Details
  • This role reports directly to the founder.
  • This is a full-time position, requiring at least 4 hours of overlap during Australian business hours (AEST) during the onboarding phase.
  • The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
