About the Role:

We seek a passionate Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Computer Vision, NLP, and Large Language Models to join our AI team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience solving real-world problems and can take ownership of end-to-end ML solutions from research to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, and deploy machine learning models, particularly in computer vision and NLP.
  2. Develop and fine-tune large language models for specialized use cases.
  3. Translate business challenges into ML solutions.
  4. Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate ML models into applications.
  5. Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques while staying ahead of emerging trends in ML and AI.
  6. Optimize ML models for deployment on mobile devices.
  7. Analyze and improve model performance through testing and evaluation.
  8. Document findings and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning.
  2. Strong foundation in Computer Vision and NLP.
  3. Experience working with Large Language Models.
  4. Solid understanding of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  5. Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
  6. Proven track record of solving real-world business or technical problems using machine learning.
  7. Familiarity with optimizing ML models for mobile devices is a strong plus.
  8. Proficient in Python and ML tooling.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have skills:

  1. A strong plus if you have worked on deploying ML models on mobile platforms.
  2. Exposure to MLOps pipelines and tools.
  3. Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
  4. Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
