Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in AI/ML. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models, as well as hands-on experience with advanced techniques such asRetrieval Augmented Generation (RAG),LangChain, andOllama(running locally).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models to address diverse business needs.
  • LeverageRAGandLangChainto build innovative AI-powered solutions.
  • Work with tools and technologies, includingOllamafor locally running AI models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, integrating new trends and tools into ongoing projects.
  • Ensure models are efficient, scalable, and production-ready.
  • Deploy AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and workflows.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Proficiency inPython,TensorFlow,PyTorch, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise withRAG,LangChain, and locally running AI solutions likeOllama.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to optimize AI models for real-world applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

  • Location:This is a full-time, onsite position based inGulberg Greens, Islamabad.
  • Commuting Requirement:Candidates from other cities must be willing to commute daily. Remote work is not an option for this role.
