Job Title: Software Engineer - Unity Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Unity Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing 3D social simulation video games using the Unity framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing game functionality based on communicated design, translating design specifications into functional games, and ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Implement game functionality based on communicated design
  • Expert knowledge of Unity3D and good programming skills
  • Translate design specification into functional game
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
  • Mentor junior and intermediate developers through pair programming and code reviews

Additionally, the candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, bringing new knowledge and insight to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert knowledge of Unity3D and good programming skills
  • Experience in working on both 2D and 3D games
  • Ability to write well-designed, testable, efficient code
  • Strong object-oriented and data structure concepts
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT or equivalent
  • A portfolio of considerable projects in Unity 3D
