Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team in Faisalabad.

This role involves providing technical assistance to clients via various communication channels, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, proposing effective solutions.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications to meet client requirements.
  • Establish user accounts and permissions to ensure secure access to company resources.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document client inquiries and resolutions in a centralized database for future reference.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to escalate critical issues and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide cutting-edge support services.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact seamlessly with clients and colleagues.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
  6. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  7. Previous experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is advantageous.
