A leading pharmaceutical company seeks a Product Manager/Product Specialist for Surgical Products due to unprecedented growth in their customer portfolio within the surgical market.
This opportunity has created a role for a Product Specialist to join our region, reporting to the Business Unit Head.
Responsibilities include effectively selling and promoting the company's extensive surgical product portfolio, sourced and manufactured to enhance efficiency in operating theatres.
A strong technical background is essential, as the successful candidate will present products to various stakeholders in the public and private sectors.
Previous sales experience in surgical medical devices will enable effective management of the territory with a mix of new business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish long-term relationships with customers in assigned territories.
- Meet with key customers regarding the product portfolio.
- Plan and organize sales territory to ensure maximum coverage.
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
- Proven sales experience in surgical products.
- Surgical technical expertise.
- Influence and manage sales cycles effectively.
- Team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individual.
