E-commerce and Visual Content Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative visual content creator to join our team as an E-commerce and Social Media Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our online web store, as well as managing and enhancing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Develop an Online Web Store: Create visually appealing and effective e-commerce websites using Shopify or similar platforms.
  2. Manage Social Media Platforms: Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
  3. Create Engaging Visual Content: Design graphics, videos, and product images that align with brand messaging and enhance customer engagement.
  4. Develop a Comprehensive Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  5. Monitor and Analyze Metrics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.
  6. Design Product Packaging and 3D Mock-Ups: Create professional product packaging designs and 3D mock-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platform development (e.g., Shopify).
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with online marketing and advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Desired Skills:
  1. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  2. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
  3. Experience in the skincare industry.
