We are seeking a
Digital Content Creator
with a strong focus on
product listing visuals and optimization
for our US-based e-commerce business.

Your primary role will be to develop
high-quality, conversion-oriented content
for products sold on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify. In addition, social media content and strategy will serve as a secondary function to support brand awareness and repurpose listing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling, high-converting product content for e-commerce listings, including:

  • Lifestyle imagery

  • Infographics
  • Short product videos

  • Enhanced brand content (EBC/A+)

  • Edit and transform raw product shots into professional, polished images using digital tools and AI-enhanced workflows.

  • Collaborate with the copywriting team to ensure visual content aligns with product descriptions and overall brand messaging.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for product listings and manage updates based on performance data.
  • Repurpose product listing content for use across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) as needed to support brand visibility.
  • Stay current with e-commerce visual trends, competitor strategies, and content best practices in the US market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience creating high-impact content for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify).
  • Strong visual editing skills, with the ability to turn simple product photos into engaging lifestyle images and videos.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and AI-based content generators.
  • Understanding of e-commerce buyer psychology and what drives clicks and conversions.
  • Experience with social media content creation, especially for repurposing product content for brand marketing.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with A/B testing listing images or analyzing performance metrics.
  • Familiarity utilizing emerging AI tools continuously to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in eCommerce/tech space.
