Job Description

This role involves working closely with senior teams to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and eagerness to learn and support business growth and sustainability.
  • Assist in identifying areas to reduce costs and improve operational workflows under guidance from senior analysts or management.
  • Work collaboratively with departments like Development, Sales, HR, and Finance to understand business needs and support smooth processes.
  • Support process reviews and learn to suggest automation or tools to improve day-to-day business operations.
  • Help develop basic dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of business strategy and financial planning with a willingness to grow in areas like budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data, with a willingness to learn and support cost analysis, financial modeling, and revenue tracking under guidance.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and any experience with ERP or automation platforms is beneficial.
