Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

Timings: Weekly Rotational Shifts (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) 5 Days a week.

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role is vital to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and seamless communication between clients, engineers, and internal departments. You'll manage multiple conversations, prioritize tasks, and keep everything running on track with a calm and solution-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and support teams to ensure timely task execution and issue resolution
  2. Manage and respond to queries through calls, messages, and emails in a professional and efficient manner
  3. Support service request handling, especially related to property, maintenance, or logistical coordination
  4. Take ownership of daily tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring all assigned responsibilities are followed through
Key Skills & Qualities Required:
  1. Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities; UK experience preferred.
  2. Efficient multitasking and the ability to quickly shift focus
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
