We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the thrill of closing deals, building relationships, and driving sales growth.
As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Deliver engaging presentations to showcase products and services, highlighting their value proposition.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing are required. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is also essential.
