We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on closing sales of our RCM, EMR, and PMS solution to medical practices in defined regions and specialties. This will involve daily new business prospecting through the sales team and lead nurturing for small, medium, and large medical practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Closing sales of the RCM, EMR, and PMS solution to medical practices in defined regions and specialties.
- Daily new business prospecting through the sales team and lead nurturing for small, medium, and large medical practices.
- Driving the sales cycle through qualification, discovery, planning, promoting, demonstrating, referencing, and closing.
- Analyzing prospective customer needs and providing product and services information.
- Educating and setting expectations regarding the RCM solution from demonstration to delivery to ongoing optimal usage.
- Maintaining ongoing industry and product knowledge adapting to changes in the market competition.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, sharp communication skills, and the ability to present concepts and demonstrate software functionality using persuasive sales techniques. They will also possess a hunter and new business development mentality, be comfortable with medical and health IT terminology, and have working knowledge of the healthcare IT industry itself PM, EMR, EDI, RCM, eRx tools is preferred.
