Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in database development and optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in T-SQL, Python, and C#/.NET, with a solid understanding of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement responsive web applications.
  • Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of development goals.
  • Mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality.
  • Plan proactively, anticipate technical challenges, and suggest effective alternatives.
  • Take ownership of assigned modules and support cross-project technical streams.
  • Promote team cohesion and foster a collaborative working environment.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong emphasis on database development and optimization.
  • Strong expertise in T-SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Proficient in C#/.NET and Python for backend development and integration tasks.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration; GraphQL experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of frontend and backend integration patterns.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Proficient in using Git and adhering to version control best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with active participation in sprints and code reviews.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
