Job Description: The Support Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

  • Manage the daily activities of the administrative department, guaranteeing that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize projects, allocating resources and personnel accordingly.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Offer guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office management procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
